Question by Green Lily Pad: I “won” a vacation package from Wyndham hotel, could it be a scam?
I did place my name in one of persons things at the mall to win a vacation. All I have to do is show up, validate my registration card, take a tour of their new hotel and fill out a survey. they’ll give me 3 days vacation to Vegas, hotel and flight. When things sound too excellent to be right, they usually are. Do you reckon it’s a scam?

Since you have to do a tour of their hotel and do their survey I would probably say it is not a scam. I believe they might make you pay the taxes on the trip but besides that nothing. You might even be able to call the hotel they say you will be at and confirm the reservations same with the flight.
My In-Laws did one like that but they had to sit thru a 5 hour meeting about timeshares and got a weekend at the Bahamas all included!!! lucky them huh?! anyways, theirs worked out fine. So you might be ok too.
Excellent Luck and if you go, have fun on your trip!!!

It beyond doubt doesn’t sound like a scam to me. If you did fill out a form, then it could be real. The best way would be to contact the hotel and the sponsors themselves. Also since they are not asking you to pay or do anything, it sounds legit to me.
Haha guess you did get lucky huh? Delight in your trip!
