We had bought a trail camera that ran on 4 ‘d’ batteries, but the cold weather where we live drained the batteries quickly. We would like a trail camera that doesn’t eat up batteries in cold weather. We need something for home security also, and would like a trail camera so we can use it for security and hunting. Is there a solar powered trail camera, or some type of security camera that doesn’t get affected by cold weather?
where does he live? was the camera place through a harsh winter? we live in south dakota
